When will my card be available after opening the account?
Currently, only a virtual card can be used in the app. It is available to you immediately after confirming the opening of accounts.
When can I use my virtual card?
The card will be activated immediately after confirmation of the account opening. You can start using it through your Google Pay or Apple Pay wallets. This way, you can make purchases with your smartphone from sellers who support this payment method. You can also use your card for online transactions without using Apple/ Google pay. You can simply display the full card number and security code in the app and copy/fill it into payment gateway on merchant's website.
How do I add a card to Google Pay?
To add your card to your wallet, download the Google Pay application to your smartphone (this requires Android 5.0 or later, as well as a smartphone with NFC support). Log in to the Google Pay application, register using email, add a card number. Here are some tips to keep in mind:
- Google Pay requires a screen lock. If you have not already set it up, you will be asked to activate the lock before adding your card to the Google Pay app.
- If you are protecting your smartphone with a case, you may have to remove it to pay. Some payment terminals do not recognize your phone if the cover interferes.
- If the payment terminal asks you to present your card (again), you may have picked up the smartphone too quickly or not kept it close enough. Just try again keeping that in mind.
How do I add a card to Apple Pay?
To add your card to your wallet, open the Wallet app on your iPhone and tap the add button, tap Enter Card Details manually -> enter your card information: Name and Surname, card number ,date of duration. CVV-> tap Next . Wait for confirmation from bank site. Your card will be added to Wallet. Apple Pay is supported on iPhone models with Face ID and iPhone models with Touch ID, except for iPhone 5s.
Which ATMs make it possible to withdraw cash for free?
You should add your virtual card to Google Pay or Apple Pay and after that you are welcome to withdraw funds from the virtual card free of charge at Aval Bank ATMs with the contactless service function (where the NFC mark is applied). Please check Aval Bank ATMs with NFC mark by the following link https://www.aval.ua/ru/bankomaty. You can also use any other ATM network with NFC functionality. Do not forget to set up PIN on your card to be able to withdraw money from ATM. You can set up your PIN directly in the app.
How can I order an additional card?
You can order Business additional virtual card as well Private additional virtual card.Issuance of virtual cards is free . To order a card in the application, do the following: Go to the app-> My Money-> Business or Private -> Cards-> in the right corner of the screen, tap “+”-> Confirm. The card will be activated and available for use within 30 minutes.
How is it possible to block my card?
You have possibilities to block card by yourself in app Fairo either contact Fairo customer support at 0800500033 or send the request to our e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org You can block your card either temporarily for safety reasons and unblock it later when you decide to OR permanently. In such case you will not be able to use the card anymore.
How to top up my account?
You should get onboard and fund your FAIRO account. You can send Hrivna to your FAIRO card or to use IBAN for transferring money.
How can I dispute a transaction?
Is there a card transaction in your transaction history that you did not do? Have you placed an order online but never received it? Did you withdraw money at an ATM, but did not receive the full amount? To register a transaction please contact our support through in app chat or call 0800500033.
How can I transfer money to other accounts in app?
You can transfer money from your Business account to your Private account Fairo or to the external accounts using IBAN. Moreover you have possibilities to use your virtual card by paying online or in the retail network.
Why was my online payment unsuccessful?
First of all, we suggest you check the set limits in the application. For this: Go to the app-> Click “My money”-> Go to the “Cards” tab-> Check the amount of the purchase limit set in the app. If the amount to be paid is not enough, change the purchase limit. Note whether you have enabled online transactions in the app by checking the checkbox in the limits tab.
What cash withdrawal means does Fairo provide?
Fairo provides the ability to withdraw cash at ATMs with the function of contactless service using a virtual card, which is provided to you for use in the service package.
